SAR Floors offers product samples to help customers review color, texture, and product suitability before making a flooring decision.
The sample fee charged through this website is not a charge for the physical flooring sample itself. The sample fee is used to help cover the cost of handling, packing, processing, and shipping the sample order.
All sample fees are non-refundable.
Once a sample order is submitted, SAR Floors begins processing the request, including handling, packing, and preparing the sample shipment. Because the fee covers these services, sample fees cannot be refunded once the order has been placed.
If you receive a damaged sample or believe you received the wrong sample, please contact SAR Floors so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
